Start with the Roof

Believe it or not, the roof you select can actually play a big role in how your carport looks. So, picking the roof is an important first step in creating the look and feel that you would like to achieve. Specifically, think about what style of roof you would like to use – regular or A-frame. With a regular carport roof, the eaves will be rolled down toward the ground. In an A-frame design, the roof profile will be more angular, with clean lines at the transitions. Many people like this more modern and crisp appearance, but the choice is yours, of course.

Create a Color Scheme
