This is a unique building. Although our customer didn’t describe its special use, it’s probably for storing farm equipment. Because the building uses 12-gauge galvanized tubing, it comes with a 20-year limited warranty on rust-through of the framing. If you live in an area where snow is an annual concern, then an A-Frame vertical roof is the indicated style for you. Because the panels run from the peak toward the eaves, vertical roofs offer a smooth way for water, snow, dirt, and debris to run off easily.

Did you notice the insulation on the building? Although our customer decided to insulate the unit through a third party, they used a high-quality spray foam. Not only does it look stunning, it keeps the unit cool during hot weather and warm during cold weather.

Many of our customers add lean-tos to their structures, and the way they use them varies with their specific needs. This 30’W x 61’L x 12’H metal structure built in Arkansas is a perfect example of how our buildings can be adapted to a residential style. It also uses our new deluxe windows, and has the A-frame vertical roof style on both the structure itself and the lean-to.
